Each of Bristol Gate Concentrated Canadian Equity ETF and Bristol Gate Concentrated US Equity ETF is a related and connected issuer of Bristol Gate. Each Bristol Gate ETF is an exchange-traded mutual fund established as a trust under the laws of Ontario. Bristol Gate is the trustee, manager and portfolio manager of the Bristol Gate ETFs and earns management fees from the Bristol Gate ETFs.
